 Worked flawlessly with my Ipod, By This review is from: PAC UPAC-GM29 Ipod Auxiliary Input for 29-Bit GM 2007?2008 Vehicles (Automotive) Have an older ipod and put this in my 2009 Silverado base stereo (non-bose). The unit worked great! I had a bad experience with the Nissan version of this unit in my 2004 G35 (volume was way to low) but this one was perfect. I was able to control my ipod with the head unit and steering wheel controls.The install took a little while since I had to get to the back of the radio but overall not bad in my track (YMMV). I also considered the scosche equivalent to this which is a much easier install since it plugs into the back of the XM unit behind the glove box. But from what I read there is a limit to how many tracks an album can have (like 30-something) because it is actually going through the XM while the PAC does not since it is plugged directly into the back of the radio.
