I was a little worried that this would come to me with some type of flaw but I have to say it came quickly and it was perfect. It is in the Explorer now and is working like new. I recommend this site. This review is from: NEW 2002-03 Explorer Window Master Control Switch Ford (02 03 Drivers side, power, button, panel, door, lock) the switch itself is a piece of garbage.the company "switch doctor" were helpfull in trying to fix the problem.I went through 2 of the aftermarket switches were something broke inside the switch almost right after installation.I ended up having to spend the extra money for the oem one and have not had a problem yet.
